We source our fish daily from local ports and use traditional smoking methods combined with modern vacuum-sealing technology to lock in freshness and flavor before shipping.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express delivery (1-2 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the country to ensure the quality and food safety of our perishable items. We are working on international logistics for our shelf-stable canned variants.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and popular digital wallets like GCash and Maya. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select metropolitan areas.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns or provide refunds if the item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong order. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

How should I store my tinapa once it arrives?

Vacuum-sealed packs should be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Once opened, consume within 3 days for the best taste experience.
